How it all Started..

Baking is my calling in life! Born and raised a restaurant baby. My lifestyle was meant for me to be an entrepreneur. Although I never took it seriously as a kid I baked all the time or at least when my mom let me in the kitchen. Even with unforeseen circumstances in life it still leaves you with what you really are meant for DAT CAKE! I proceeded to get my Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice knowing I needed to be in Culinary School. Following that I went back to my family's Indian restaurant to start baking for women's shelters and donations, I then turned it into a business followed by starting to make every regular dessert into a duplicate but Vegan and other special dietary needs. I bake cheesecakes and cakes with these unbelievable flavors of cardamom, cinnamon buns as crusts, and stuffed with cookies and joy in between each layer! Every customer I have had means so much to me and has been an important human in my journey!
